LLC Marketplace

Terms of Use

Last updated September 30, 2026. Draft pending legal review.

Our role

LLC Marketplace introduces buyers and sellers of existing LLCs. When an owner lists an LLC with us, we are not a party to the sale. We also buy some LLCs and resell them; in those sales we are the seller, and the listing says so. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers must own the LLC or have authority from all members, and must disclose all known debts, liens, lawsuits, contracts, accounts and tax filings.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence and agree not to represent a purchased LLC's formation date or history as their own time in business or operating history to any lender, landlord, agency or other party.

No guarantees

We make no promise that any LLC will produce credit, financing, contracts or other business results. Listings and availability can change without notice.

Agreements

Every sale requires a written purchase agreement signed by both parties. Each party may, and is encouraged to, have that agreement reviewed by its own attorney.
